The vertical alternating "crest & valley" surface feature was achieved with custom steel forms. The valley to crest height was 75mm. Close work between Concretec and the architect was required to minimise the number of forms required , and hence keep the casting economical. The panels were a max of 4.15m height and up to 7m wide.
