Completed in 2020, this landmark 37 level commercial building was constructed by Fletcher Construction, and designed by architects Warren and Mahoney and structural engineers Holmes Consulting Group. The Building internal structure up to level 6 utilised over 600 number heavy cruciform shaped precast beams, supplied by Concretec NZ.
