AUT Wakefield St Auckland

Due for completion in 2021, this 17 level development for AUT  (New Zealand Education Holdings Wakefield Ltd)  was designed by architects Marchese Partners and structural engineers BGT Structures, and construction by ICON Co Pty (NZ) Limited.  The building featured extensive use of precast panel cladding, many of which were pre finished with paint and glazing in Concretec's factory for speed and cost efficiency on site.
